It's designed for leaders who want end-to-end guidance from prioritization through go-live, with the same strategic partner throughout.
We offer both in-person and remote workshop options. In-person workshops deliver the highest engagement and allow for more dynamic collaboration. Remote workshops use video conferencing and digital collaboration tools (Miro, etc.) and work well for distributed teams. Pricing is the same for both formats.
Minimal preparation is required. We'll send a pre-workshop questionnaire (15-20 minutes to complete) covering your strategic objectives, current AI initiatives, and budget parameters. We recommend reviewing your AI spending and having rough estimates of functional pain points. We'll provide all frameworks and facilitation materials.
You'll leave the workshop with a prioritized roadmap and can begin execution immediately. Most teams launch their first initiative within 2-4 weeks of the workshop. The 60-day execution plan we create during the Acceleration Canvas session is designed for quick wins. Clients typically report measurable results (time savings, efficiency gains, or revenue impact) within 60-90 days of workshop completion.
